Q-1:What is your return policy? A:Our customers' satisfaction is GUARANTEED. We have a 3-days, no-question asked, return policy. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you can return the coin within 3 days of its receipt, in the intact holder for a refund (minus shipping fees and 6-9% restocking fee to cover sales expenses). No returns on raw coins since these can be switched. Q-2:Do you combine shipping? A:YES. We combine shipping to save our customers on shipping charges. Please email us about the details. Q-3:When will my order be shipped ? A:Payments by US Postal money orders ship within 48 hours. Personal checks, cashier's checks and non US postal money orders are subject to a 15 business days holding period for payments to clear. Paypal E-checks payments ship after E-check clearance. Q-4:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? A:Shipping and handling charges are displayed for each item individually. Please check the listing. Q-5:Do you ship internationally? A:No. We ship ONLY to the U.S. Q-6:Why do you use Private Listing ? A:To maintain the safety and privacy of our customers, our listings are usually private (except for some less expensive coins). We follow this policy to protect the privacy of our customers by keeping their usernames private. We believe that private listings minimize fraudulent activities which take place on Ebay and which target the buyers. Q-7:Do you accept PayPal E-checks ? A: YES. Q-8:Why is the holding period for checks 10-15 business days ? That seems too long ? A:The holding period on personal checks, cashiers checks, and non US postal money orders is 10-15 business days. This is NOT too long. When a check bounces (or if a money order is FAKE), it takes 10-15 business days for us to receive that information. A bounced check has to be mailed to our bank, and our bank mails it to us. That takes 10-15 days. Q-9:If I want to receive my item quickly, how should I pay ? A:If you want to receive your item quickly, please pay with US postal money order or E-check. Payments with US postal money orders ship within 24-48 hours. Payments by paypal E-checks ship upon E-check clearance. Paypal emails you when your echeck clears. ALL OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS are subject to the holding period (10-15 business days).
